PUMP Game 2.0 is a fitness competition by PUMP Fitness featuring strength, endurance, speed, and teamwork challenges across multiple workout stations.
The competition is open to all fitness levels with categories for:
Elite Men & Women
Pro Men & Women
Doubles (at least 1 female)
Mixed Relay (at least 1 female)
Parent & Child (5–8, 9–12, 13–16 years old)
Elite – Suitable for beginners participants who want to challenge themselves in a competition environment.
Pro – Designed for intermediate & experienced athletes and serious fitness competitors looking for higher intensity and heavier challenges.
Participants must complete all stations within ⏱️ 20 minutes

Penalties are added for:
1. Moving to next station before judge confirmation
2. Incorrect movement standards
3. Rule violations during stations
4. Most penalties are: +10 seconds
Teams must include at least 1 female participant.
Teammates can divide stations strategically.
Mixed Relay is a team race with 4 athletes.
Teams can be:
2M + 2F
3M + 1F
3F + 1M
Each athlete must complete 2 stations each . After finishing a station, the athlete must return to the Waiting Zone and high-five the next teammate before they continue the race. And station switching midway is not allowed. This format focuses on teamwork, strategy, and smooth transitions.
